Kneeling Side Bend
This pose also has preparatory steps. First, keep your knees and hips the same width apart, then kneel down with the tops of your feet flat on the floor. You can also press your toes if you prefer, adjusting the position of your feet according to your comfort level. Then, place your left hand on your waist and stretch your right hand backward. Hold this position for 3 to 5 breaths and repeat 2 to 6 times. For even training, you should switch sides. During the process, remember to contract your abdomen, extend your spine and arms, and add a twist to fully extend the sides of your body.
Seated Twist
This pose builds on the previous one. First, maintain the position of the previous pose, then rotate your upper body to the left and try to look at the floor behind you as much as possible. Hold this position for 3 to 5 breaths and repeat 2 to 6 times. Then switch sides. This pose can stretch the muscles tensed in the previous pose. Through the twist, the lateral muscles are tightened.
